By booking photography services with Somar Photography Studios, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

• A non-refundable deposit of $75.00 is required to secure your booking.
   
• Remaining balance is due on or before the scheduled session/event date.
   
• Sessions are confirmed only after the deposit has been received.
   

• Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event/session may be rescheduled without penalty (deposit will be transferred).
   
• Cancellations made within 14 days of the event/session will result in the loss of the deposit.
   
• In case of emergencies, Somar Photography Studios will make every effort to accommodate rescheduling.
   

• We will provide professional photography services as outlined in your chosen package.
   
• In the rare case of unforeseen circumstances (illness, emergencies, equipment failure), we will arrange for a replacement photographer of equal skill, or provide a full refund of payments received.
   

• Clients are responsible for being on time and prepared for their session.
   
• Any delays may reduce session time without affecting the agreed fee.
   
• For event photography, clients must ensure the photographer has access to the venue and necessary permits if required.
   

• Edited images will be delivered within 2–4 weeks (depending on package and event type).
   
• Delivery will be through a secure online gallery, USB, or other agreed methods.
   
• RAW/unedited files are not provided unless agreed in writing.
   

• Somar Photography Studios retains the copyright to all images.
   
• Clients receive personal usage rights for printing, sharing, and archiving.
   
• Commercial use (advertising, resale, etc.) requires written permission and may incur additional fees.
   
• With client consent, Somar Photography Studios may use selected images for portfolio, website, and promotional purposes.
   

• Somar Photography Studios is not liable for circumstances beyond our control, such as weather, venue restrictions, or interference from guests.
   
• We will take all reasonable measures to produce high-quality images but cannot guarantee every requested photo.
   

By booking with Somar Photography Studios, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
